 We went to Monkey Island Fun Center the other day with Bella's preschool group. It is such a cute little place. Good cheap fun and she loved it! 

Sunday Best...

I just realized I didn't have any pictures of Lyla in any of her pretty church dresses. Between Bella's and Aaliyah's baby dresses she has quiet the collection. I can't get enough of these girls....oh, they drive me crazy but they are so adorable... what are ya gonna do!?!

Sisterly Play....

Bella just kept bringing Lyla toy after toy...such a nice big sister!

And this is Bella's favorite thing lately....pretending her umbrella is a "party" so she brings everything imaginable to her "party" under her umbrella. Whatever keeps her entertained!

And baby loves to "party" on her mat for about 10 minutes.....I'll take what I can get.

A little relaxation...

Lyla was down for a nap and Bella was having her quiet time. So I thought it would be a perfect time for me to take a nice hot bath. But before I could even step foot in my nice hot bath water I had a naked 3 year old starring me in the face and a screaming baby. Awesome! So my relaxing bath was shared with a 3 year old that had a lot to say including "you have a fat tummy" thank you. And a screaming baby trapped in her non working swing. Not so relaxing but I guess that's the life of a Mama. If I have to share a bath I only want to share with these 2 little girls anyway!

Great Grandma getting loves from Lyla. 

 We got to spend some time with our Grandparents yesterday. (they are Eric's grandparents but I claim them as mine!)  We went to lunch and then the girls and I went back to their house to hang out for a while. We always enjoy our lunch dates with them. They have always been so good to us. And they love our girls like crazy!

 It was so fun to have my Mom come last weekend all by herself. The girls love getting one on one attention from her. And she's so helpful with them! And they love her! And Eric and I got to go out to dinner by ourselves for the first time in months. It was so nice. Thanks for coming mom!

Preschool.....

We joined a co-op preschool group in our neighborhood this month. I'm so excited for her. She loves to play with friends and is very social, she's only been twice and already loves it!

Missing Daddy....

Bella was so sad this morning when daddy had to leave for work. She knows it's Saturday and daddy is usually home on Saturday's. When she heard the garage open she stood looking out the window crying as she watched daddy drive away. It was so cute and so sad at the same time. She is sick with a fever and sore throat again so that doesn't help the situation.

Sunbeam...

Bella is a Sunbeam!! 

She has been so excited about going to Primary and meeting new friends and getting new Teachers. She is a little social butterfly! She was such a good girl in her class. She came home and told me all about it. She even remembered her teachers names. It helps that Daddy is in Primary also so she gets to see him until class time.

Mimi and Papa's

The girls and I went to Idaho last week for a few days. We wanted to spend some time with Josh before he left for Grad school. Any excuse to go visit works for us! We had a great time as usual. Lots of time with family. The girls loved it. Bella got lots of play time in with her cousins and lots of fight time for that matter. And Lyla baby was so good. Another fun trip. I love my family!

Eric stayed home so he could work and go snowboarding one day. The poor guy hurt his knee while snowboarding on Monday and spent the evening in the ER having an MRI. Turns out he tore his MCL so he is in a brace and crutches for a while. And unfortunately done with snowboarding for the season. He has a check up with the Dr. this week so we'll see how it's been healing, if it has been healing.
