Memorial Weekend....

Bella exploring the old barn.

We got a little hitting practice in. I say we but mostly just the boys.
I kept hitting the ball over the fence and they would have to crawl under it to get it. I think they were a little annoyed so I turned in my bat.

Cutest little cowgirl ever!

Riding "motorcycle" with mama. Bella loved to go for rides all weekend. She never wanted to get off.

Playing on one of the little boys bikes. She seriously wanted to ride it all by herself.

Holding the "big"gun with daddy.

All the family out shooting.

He's got perfect form!

Austin....with his scary face on.

One hot pregnant chick...with a gun!

Apparently I needed lots of assistance with this beast of a gun. HA ha

Nothin` to it! Show off!

And this is what Bella did while the rest of us were shooting. She was so proud of her bag of shot gun shells.

And that wraps up Memorial weekend in Emery with the Lewis` we had a great time.

HEAVENLY

Last night for dinner I made the best thing ever....egg mcmuffin with a twist.

-toast the english muffin then put onion and chive cream cheese on it
-a nice thick piece of ham
-an over easy egg so you get the yummy yolk drippings
-followed by a slice of tomato and some avocado

This was seriously so good. Bella even ate all of hers and I might have had 2.
I suggest you try it!

Got our Idaho Fix...

Bella and I went to visit Mimi and Papa and everyone else last week. We had a great time. Bella and Aaliyah just played and played. On our last night we went to Leo's Place. It's fun and the girls are at the perfect age to enjoy it. Until next time.

Funny little thing...

she's so beautiful

Bella has been saying and doing the funniest things lately.

Some of my favorites:

Tonight she looked at me and said "where's your haircut?" Ha ha! I got a trim and some bangs the other day. I had my bangs pulled back because I was going to wash my face so she couldn't see them and was confused.

She loves to have a pad of paper and a pen to make her lists. She'll say "hmm, I need make a list."

She'll give us something and say "here, it's you birthday!"

She loves Target and wants to go there everyday. Today we were on our way there and as soon as we pulled in she said "yay Target, I love you, Target."

Now that I'm pregnant she loves to pull my shirt up and talk to the baby. Tonight she had my shirt up and was licking my tummy and pretending to hold the babies hands. Ha. Then she covered my belly (the baby) with her blanky. She's such a sweet little girl and will be such a good big sister.

Every night when I put her in bed she says "rub Bella's face hold Bella's hand, Mom." And I do until she tells me to stop. I love it!

She loves to hide and is always pulling her blanket over herself or hiding in the closet.

She has a bike but would rather push it around than try to learn to ride it. She's just so careful and cautious. A lot of things make her nervous. I think it's precious! Ok and maybe a little annoying at times but mostly she's precious!

My favorite is her singing. She gets so loud and has the sweetest little girl voice ever! She loves to sing her nursery songs. And the theme song to Two and a half Men....it's awesome!

Man this little girl kills me. I love her sweet, funny little self so much!!

He loves me.....

These sweet little things showed up on my doorstep on Friday afternoon. The Reebok EasyTone flip flops. Eric got them for me just because...how sweet! I mentioned them to him a while back. I thought since I live in sandals all summer long why not tone up while I'm at it? He ordered them for me while I was in Idaho for a few days. I guess he missed me! He picked them out and even got the color I liked and my right size. What a good husband! I've been wearing them around the house to make sure I really like them and I think I'm a fan! Plus they're cute! It was such a thoughtful thing to do.
Thanks honey! I love them and I love you!

We heart PINK.....

Yes, baby number 2 is a GIRL!!!
We are so excited to add another sweet little girl to the mix!
Now that we know we have another girl on the way I can start going through Bella's clothes and toys and everything else.
I'm so excited to start getting the baby's room ready for her. I love that part!
We took Bella to the Ultrasound with us today. She was so good and just sat on her Daddy's lap for most of the time. When we told her she was going to have a baby sister she was a little upset because she would always tell us she was going to have a boy baby. I was thinking, ok, maybe she knows something we don't. But now that its sunk in a little she will say it's a "gul baby" and seems pretty ok with it.
I'm actually really excited to have another little princess. And I'm excited because these two little girls will be best friends!

Yay for girls!!

Nikon D5000

This was my Mother's Day gift this year!! I love it!! Thank you honey! It takes the most incredible pictures. And I don't even know what I'm doing yet. I can't wait to learn how to use it and really put it to good use!

Happy Mother's day to me!!

Celebrate Mother's!!

"I remind mothers everywhere of the sanctity of your calling. No other can adequately take your place. No responsibility is greater, no obligation more binding than that you rear in love and peace and integrity those whom you have brought into the world. " Gordan B. Hinckley

I love that quote. It's so true. I think as Mother's we get side tracked with things that are not as important as our true calling in life...raising our children. Being the best examples to them and taking the time to just sit and read to them and play with them. I'm so grateful today for my Mother. She was and still is always there for all of us. Loving us and teaching us. I'm grateful for her example. I know because of her I am the Mother I am today. I hope that my children will love and adore me the way that her children love and adore her!
Happy Mother's Day Mom, I love you!

I love being a Mother! This little girl makes it easy! Most days :) It is the most rewarding thing in this world. I always new I wanted to be a wife and a Mom. And that is exactly what I get to be! And if I do say so myself, I'm pretty darn good at it! I love my days at home with Bella. Soon I'll love my days at home with a sweet new baby to love also. I'm so excited for that next stage of being a Mommy of two!
I'm grateful for a wonderful husband who provides for us so I can stay home and be with our children. He understands that this is what is important to me so it's important to him.
I love you Eric and Bella!!

Happy Mother's Day!!

Nothing really....

We haven't really been up to much lately. We've had a few nice days mixed in with some real sucky ones lately. So when we do happen to get a nice day we play outside and go for walks as much as we can. On the nasty days you can find us on the couch watching "our shows" as little Bella calls them. We did have some visitors for a couple days, that's always fun. Josh, Lindsey and Lucy came to stay for a couple days before they headed off to Alaska. Bella loves to have visitors especially when it involves her cousins!

This is me at 17 weeks.
I can't believe I'm almost half way done!!
Sorry to disappoint but there will be no bikini shots this pregnancy. I just don't look as H O T (sarcasm) as I did when I was prego with Bella.
Bella is so excited for the baby. She tells everyone that Mommy has a baby in her tummy and that she got to hear the "heart beep" So cute!
