The last few weeks

I didn't realize that I haven't updated the blog in so long. I really haven't taken that many pictures this month either. Here are just a few pics from the last few weeks.

Pretty sunset one night. We were up on the East Bench in Bountiful.

The Great's came up to hang out with the girls one night so I could go to the gym but I ended up not going so I crashed their party. We went to dinner and drove up by the Bountiful Temple and then had ice cream. We love the Great's! 

We brought Bella's mattress down one day so they could chill and watch movies...and eat nachos!

Bella patiently waiting for her library card. She has been wanting to bring books home for forever. Heaven for her.

She's just a cute and crazy mess.

She is always taking her diaper off and all her clothes for that matter and going "potty" I think she has really only gone once or twice on the potty but she sure thinks it's fun. 

I was trying to get some pics of her since she will be 2 next week but my camera died and Lyla wouldn't settle down. But this one is precious.

My baby will be 2 next Sunday. 

Preschool girl...

Bella had her first day of legitimate preschool today. We have done the joy school in the past but this was a real preschool that we pay for. Legit. She was so excited to go and meet new friends! She is such a social little bug! She just goes to the house around the corner so it's nice and close. Her teacher's name is Miss Mary. It's in her basement but she has a separate entrance and it's all preschool down there so it's really nice.   I have heard nothing but great things about her. She has her teaching degree and I've heard she has most kids reading by the end of the year! I'm so excited for everything Bella will learn. She is so smart and picks things up pretty easily when she wants to. So with someone else teaching her she will do great! Time goes by way too fast...kindergarten next year.

"Family Date"

Bella said she wanted to go on a family date to Temple Square. So Saturday we did just that. She wanted to go see the "big Jesus" again and the Prophet videos. She is so precious! We walked around and enjoyed the beauty and saw the big Jesus of course. We also saw a short video, God's plan for Families. It was such a fun time. After the Temple we drove to Sugar House to eat dinner at The Dodo but it was still closed because they had a flood. Annoying! Eric and I tried to go there last week on our date night. So we went to Training Table. Always good. The girls were so good so we took them over to Toy's R` Us to let them look around and give us ideas for upcoming Birthday's and Christmas.

And there it is. We have been loving all the rain lately. 

 Thanks for thinking of such a great Family date Bella! You are such a sweet girl! I love my little family so much! And going to the Temple together was a sweet reminder of what is really important. We had such a great day together as a family. And this beautiful Rainbow above was a perfect way to end it!
