18 month stats...

Bella had her 18 month check up yesterday. She is 22 pounds ( 25th percentile) and 32 inches long (75 percentile) so she is still just a long and skinny little thing. The Dr. said she seems to be pretty advanced for 18 months. She says a ton of words and she was able to show him where all of her body parts are. She was not shy or scared of the Dr. yesterday which is was awesome cause she normal freaks out when she sees him. She did so great up until she got her shots. She did pretty good yesterday but has been super fussy and tired today. She's progressing and learning new things everyday she is such a great baby!

It would be nice...

if I could go for a walk with my family on a nice summer evening without getting eaten alive by mosquito's. It would be nice if we could sit outside and watch Bella play and have a BBQ on a nice summer night, but no, we'd get eaten alive by mosquito's. Basically, it would just be nice to be able to enjoy the summer but unfortunately we can't! I really hate where we live! I really wish someone would have told us that we wouldn't be able to leave our house after 6pm in the summer!

18 month pictures

We did our family pictures and Bella's 18 month pictures a few days ago. Bella was so not in the mood. She's not smiling in any family pics but luckily she loosened up towards the end and we were able to get some cute ones of her smiling. She was so funny she would not crack a smile for anything. Oh well, these are my fav's of just her. Thanks Shay, they turned out awesome!

Happy Father's Day!!!

I think Eric is the luckiest Father because he is the Father to this beautiful sweet little baby girl. And Bella is one lucky little girl because he totally adores her! Eric, we love you so much and appreciate all that you do for us. We are both so lucky to have you! I hope you had a great Father's Day. We love you so much!

Happy Father's day to our Father's and Grandfather's too, we love you and appreciate all that you do for us!

Shout out to my Dad....

I love my Dad. He is a great dad and I think an even greater Grandpa. These little girls just adore him and will fight over him when they are both around him at the same time. Soon Lucy will be old enough to understand and want Papa's attention too. He was blessed with 5 awesome kids and 3 beautiful little grand baby girls, so far. My Dad isn't the biggest talker but I know he loves all of us very much! I remember as a little girl I loved to hold my Dad's hand whenever we went anywhere. I remember feeling so proud that he was my Dad and I was the one holding his hand. My Dad is very strong in the church and I totally look up to him and respect him for that. He is very smart and knowledgeable. You can ask him anything about anything and he usually knows and if her doesn't he will find out. Dad I hope you had a great day, I wish I was there to celebrate with you.
I love you! Happy Father's Day!

18 Months!!!

Bella is a year and a half today. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. She has been such a joy and blessing to us. We love her more than anything!

Right now Bella is loving:
Barney and Mickey Mouse Club House
pretties (jewelry and hair things)
yogurt and fruit snacks are her favorite "nack" (snack)
wearing my shoes and purses all around the house
baths with bubbles
playing outside is her favorite thing to do
she is crazy about babies
talking and giggling

Those are just a few of her fav's that I can think of right now. Bella is so smart and so sweet. She loves babies and is always so gentle with them. She can name all of her body parts. She counts to three. She says over 80 words, I just counted them up. I'm not going to list them, that would take way to long. She loves attention and she loves going to see all of her Grandmas and Grandpas, Aunts and Uncles and especially her cousins! We love this little girly girl more than anything.
Can't wait for more!

She know's what she wants and she know's how to get it...

Cheese crackers it is!

I finally caught her in the act. She kept bringing me food from the pantry yesterday and saying "nack nack" (snack) I couldn't believe that she could reach up to the shelf that all her goodies are on. Now I know how she does it. Smart little thing!

Cute little cousins

These girls are the cutest! I love that they are all so close in age. Bella and Aaliyah are totally becoming best friends. They get so excited every time they see each other. It is so cute. And soon little Lucy will be able to run around and play with them. Too cute!
