The end of a chapter and a start of a new...

In 4 days we will be moving from our very first home. The home we have lived in for almost 5 years. The home we brought our babies home from the hospital to. The only home our girls know. In 4 days we will be moving up to Bountiful. It's very bitter sweet. I am sad to leave our very first home. I'm sad to leave our cute little neighborhood and the cute little town that we have watched grow so much in the past 5 years. We have made some great friends and we have had the same great neighbors for the past 5 years. I'm sad for Bella. She is so social and has so many friends. I'm sad to have to find a new Doctor. We have had the best Doctor for 5 years, he delivered both my babies and knows us all so well. I'm nervous to start all over. But on the other hand I'm excited to have a little bigger house and a little bigger yard. I'm excited that Eric's drive to work goes from 35 miles each way down to 8. I'm excited to be moving into another neighborhood with so many kids. Bella will have lots more friends in no time. I'm excited to have a new city to explore. And I'm excited that we are like 45 minutes closer to my family in Idaho.

I never thought it would be so sad to move away from here. But it really is. It's all just starting to hit me and become real. I'm so excited but it's always hard being the "new" person or in our case the new family. I know it's going to be a good move and something we are supposed to do. But right now I'm feeling a little sad. Bountiful is beautiful and a great area so for that we are excited.

Here's to new beginnings!

Purple Purple Purple...

All the purple decor
2 of my Activity Days girls were sweet enough to come and paint faces for the kids. The kids loved it and Bella absolutely adores Kamarie.
Cute little party guests. Missing Bella and Alli they were getting their faces painted and Lily and Tyson weren't there yet.
Bella's "favorite activity girl"
Minor melt down when she came in and we had already started a game so she didn't get to be first. Whoops
Pizza time!!
Present time....Kids are so funny they were all unwrapping by the end. And Bella loved it! She said "I needed all my friends help."
Blowing out the candles

We had an early birthday party for Bella on Monday since we are moving soon. All she ever talks about is her birthday and having a party with her friends. So I thought I better deliver on that before we move away from her little friends.
She was one happy little girl! She decided on a "purple" party. And she wanted to play games and eat pizza and cupcakes. So that's just what we did. And it was super fun!
All 9 little friends that she invited came so it was total craziness! We played games, painted faces, ate pizza, opened presents and had cupcakes. By the end all the kids were running wild and the house was a disaster. So I would say it was a success!!

Halloween

My beautiful Cinderella and pink little fairy.
Lyla loved getting all dressed up pretty and being outside. As long as she had a sucker and her treat bucket she was good.
Bella and her little friend, Nate...too cute!
Her and Bella both really eyeball every piece of candy to make sure they get the best one.
The "scary" house in our neighborhood. These guys always go all out.
Going through all their goodies!

We had such a fun time trick or treating this year. I took both girls out about 6 with our neighbor. We walked down our street then back up the other side. I decided to take Lyla home and Bella and I stayed out a little longer. Bella was a champion trick or treater! She could have gone all night. When we got home she wanted Eric to take her out again. So she was out for almost 2 hours. She filled both her bucket and Lyla's! The weather was amazing. Perfect fall weather. It is so much fun to have these sweet little girls that love all things girlie. I had fun doing Bella's hair and a little bit of makeup on her. It's the best thing ever to watch them run and play with pure excitement. I asked Bella if she had fun and she said "yes, everybody just really loved my dress".
Kids make everything so much more fun!!

Preschool Halloween Party

Last Friday we had a little preschool Halloween party. All the ladies that put it together did a great job. All the games and activities were so much fun! All the kids came in their costumes and they put on a little parade and got to play several games and decorate a Frankenstein cookie. Very cute and very fun!
