9 Months

Our gorgeous girl is 9 months old today!

I feel like the months keep flying by. She won't be a baby for much longer.  

We love her so much and are so grateful for our precious little baby. She is a stinker and drives us crazy but she is also so fun and funny. 

Some things Lyla is doing now:

- walks around furniture and even along walls

- can get to standing position from sitting position all by herself (I bet she'll be walking in a month)

- claps

- says "mama and dada" and knows who we are

- loves to talk and sing

- loves music, she stops what she's doing and dances

- takes a bottle like a pro now and loves to feed it to herself

- still likes to nurse before naps and bed time

- sleeps from 7 pm to 5:30 am

- she seriously knows how to be funny, it's awesome

- doesn't really like baby food, she still mostly just eats snacks and her bottle

- her favorite things to eat are: yogurt melts, graham crackers, ritz crackers, baby puffs, baby cheetos, fruit pieces, applesauce, baby yogurt. So I guess anything but vegetables, ha ha.

***We haven't taken her to the Dr. yet but per our scale she is weighing in at 15 lbs 6 oz. So gaining weight. Yay!
