Last night for dinner I made the best thing ever....egg mcmuffin with a twist.
-toast the english muffin then put onion and chive cream cheese on it
-a nice thick piece of ham
-an over easy egg so you get the yummy yolk drippings
-followed by a slice of tomato and some avocado
This was seriously so good. Bella even ate all of hers and I might have had 2.
I suggest you try it!
